We hope you love your purchase but we understand that mistakes can be made when you cannot try the product on before buying.
If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items can be returned for a Store Credit. Credit notes are valid for 12 months, and can be used on any item in store.
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds on change of mind however we do offer store credits. Customers who received an Item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to a full refund, please contact [email protected] if this has occured.
Please note any pre-order or order cancellations will result in a store credit valid for 1 year. We do not refund for change of mind on pre-orders or orders which have not been dispatched.
- Postage must be covered by you to send the item back to us. The item will be held until the payment for the return postage is paid for the item to be shipped back to you.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.
- It is recommended that you use a trackable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is returned to us safely.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
- It is recommended that you return the parcel packaged as delivered to protect the product from damage during delivery. (ie bubble wrapping)
- Returns must be returned to us within 14 days for within Australia & 30 days Internationally from the original date or purchase.
